About Anne-Marie Elias
What if the 45+ demographic presents an oppotunity to improve health and wealth outcomes?MY STORYI’ve spent my career at the intersection of innovation, policy, and purpose, with a singular focus: ensuring Australians don’t just survive in later life but thrive.By 2030, Australia faces a choice: lead in designing innovative solutions for ageing or fall behind, reliant on imports for challenges we should solve ourselves. This is what drives me.For too long, Australians who’ve built businesses, raised families, and paid taxes have faced housing insecurity, financial instability, and a care system under immense pressure. I’ve made it my mission to change that.Through my work, I’ve connected government, startups, and industries to tackle these systemic gaps—highlighting critical issues such as the care crisis, casual work’s impact on superannuation, and the growing risks of homelessness for older Australians.I’ve shown that bold solutions exist. Whether it’s predicting population trends with the ADAPT Data Platform or redefining the 45+ demographic as a driving force in Australia’s economy, I’m here to ensure no one is left behind. ABOUT PRIMELIFE PARTNERSOur mission is to transform how we age, live, care, and retire. We are redefining the 45+ demographic as a vital force in Australia’s longevity economy, ensuring that everyone, from communities, NGOs, government and policymakers, is empowered to create lasting change. At PrimeLife Partners, we’ve built a framework centred on four key pillars: → Financial Security→ Housing Security → Securing Care & Supporting Carers→ Reimaginig consumers Our flagship innovation, the ADAPT Data Platform, is revolutionising planning for Australia’s ageing population. By analysing key factors—housing, income, care needs, and health conditions—it predicts trends through 2030, offering stakeholders the insights they need to act now. Currently, we’re partnering with forward-thinking organisations to expand its reach and impact. LET’S CONNECTAre you ready to reimagine ageing in Australia?
