In this role, I directed all functions of developing the Ohio market to support Veterans, women and people of color in obtaining professional tech careers via registered apprenticeships for a national non-profit organization.I collaborated with the Chamber of Commerce in Cincinnati and Cleveland to launch Apprenti programs in these regions.I administered complete management of P&L, marketing, and business development activities of Central Ohio.I fostered professional relationships with state agencies, including Apprentice Ohio, Ohio Dept. of Job and Family Services, Dept. of Veterans Services, and Office of Workforce Transformation for funding, processing of official paperwork, and speeches on panels.Selected Accomplishments:• Recognized for gaining approximately $700K grants for the program from state agencies in Ohio to support the training of apprentices, as well as management of marketing and operational expenses.• Served in various executive management positions to administer the execution of multiple business functions, including new business development, projects administration, staff hiring, and revenue generation through execution of strategic plans and client relationship management for the optimization of business profitability and product branding within the state of Ohio specifically in Columbus.
