Currently working at a Peoplesoft Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Consultant. Assisted all three Army Components in the development of the CRM Knowledge Base, IT & HR Help Desk.Previously, designed, developed, and tested software applications for Reserve Component Information Systems.Programmed using Oracle Enterprise addition and SQL Plus; designed, developed and administered database systems.Designed HTML pages for various endeavors also using Visual Basic, Java Scripting, implemented database-driven website applications for directorate.
