I’m not just a chief marketing executive, I’m a customer experience guy. The good I do at Tahzoo isn’t just about helping brands sell more, although that’s what pays the bills. And by the way, customer experience does help brands sell more. What I contribute is helping the customer get brands to listen to what they want and need and do so within the context of their ever-changing, digitally driven, always connected world. Its part art, part science, a lot of consulting and utilizing the best technologyI. formulate digital strategies. I build exceptional teams dedicated to making our clients succeed.. I reach challenging targets and I bring my passion to the job every day. That’s at the sublime level. Back on earth, I speak at conferences, write for various publications and most importantly work with some of the best companies in the world ranging from Microsoft and T-Mobile to Lufthansa and American Express just to name a few.What do I have to show for myself? Well, perhaps I’m most proud of the excellent marketing organizations I’ve built and had the opportunity to lead for Lufthansa, T-Mobile, Gateway, MRM, Ascentium and currently Tahzoo, although the CEOs I’ve worked for are more likely to talk about the business growth I’ve contributed to and the leadership and counsel I’ve provided.And by the way, all of this pales compared to the work I am honored to do in the non-profit world, helping to give back to the world that has given so much to all of us.
