• Manage EMI Teacher Development and Professional Certification, ensuring teachers meet professional teaching standards and obtain necessary certifications.• Conducting school-wide EMI Research Data Analysis and Institutional Research (IR), providing data support and analysis reports to facilitate educational decision-making.• Planning and execute EMI Teaching Assistant training programs and related activities to enhance the professional abilities and teaching effectiveness of TAs.• Oversee the quality of EMI courses and act as the main contact for EMI classroom observations, arranging and coordinating observation activities.
