As a Product Officer, I collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee the development and delivery of our business improvement projects - B2B SaaS, FinTech, ESG, etc. Ensuring they meet high-quality standards and client expectations. My role involves contributing, designing, refining both new and existing digital solutions, managing the product lifecycle, and partnering with regional teams to execute product management and go-to-market strategies. I drive strategic initiatives through the Stage-Gate process, develop and manage Voice of Customer (VOC) requirements, and ensure alignment with technical specifications through testing phases. Additionally, I coordinate development activities across regions to ensure technology interoperability, and provide training to both internal and external stakeholders.
