The European Union Resilience Against Climate Change (EU – REACH) Project is a component of the European Union Ghana Agriculture Programme (EUGAP) Co–funded by the EU and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).The project focuses on building sustainable community resilience against climate change through the promotion of Conservation Agriculture (CA) and Good Agriculture Practices (GAPs) while also building the capacities of District Assemblies within the programme area to improve their planning processes.EU REACH is implemented by the German Development Cooperation (GIZ) in collaboration with Ghana's Ministry of Food and Agriculture (MoFA).
