Thesis for my Master's degree 'Policy Analyses and Organisations'. Subject: Life-phase-aware personnel policy.

From September 2006 to May 2007 I worked as an intern for Codi International. In the academic year that followed, I completed one of my three graduation projects at Codi.My colleague Wendy Leppers about me:"I got to know Chiel Michel as a very loyal and hardworking person. He showed that he had a lot of feeling/aptitude for the HR profession and developed quickly. He was able to communicate effectively with and between people from various levels within our organization. During the period that he worked for us in the HR department, in 2006-2007, he helped set up an introduction policy and a training plan recruiting flexible workers and coordinating/managing the flexible shell of our organization. At a later time, in 2008, Chiel led a project group that drew up advice on life phase policy for our organization to our complete satisfaction."
