1. Manage FKM rubber (batch process) and new product transfer from HQ2. Manage 24/7 shift operation, ensure compliance of ESH and company integrated management systemScope involves as below:- Annual production planning & budgeting according to sales forecast- Monthly production planning and execution monitoring- Raw material planning and actual consumption co-monitoring with purchaser- Production performance & yield monitoring- Product management from post process until packaging- In process control monitoring and inspection- Month end raw material and stock closing3. Managing 4 teams and annual appraisal review - total strength of 32 operators and 1 Engineer4. Experience in neutralization process involving removing of F ion in waste water and pH adjustment5. Sub system operation such as CWT, Hot Water, Brine, DO etc.6. SAP system7. SOP, RA for new production line8. System commissioning from inspection, pressure test, purging and start up9. Software & program test to ensure all interlocks and logic are in placed10. Execute and data collection of new products trial run and testing as requested by R&D team11. Managing 4 teams - total strength of 32 operators3. Experience in neutralization process involving removing of F ion in waste water and pH adjustment4. Supervise VAE operation team in order to ensure and responsible production activities are consistent and stable within specified guidelines.Job Function:1. Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and technical VAE reports and submit to Manager.2. To prepare and adjust recipe for VAE production.3. To plan and arrange in process product in and out storage tank and coordinate with production officer for the finished product packing arrangement and production planning, give recommendations as required.4. Internal department communication and coordination.5. Handle of process troubleshooting and abnormal condition.6. Site patrolling.7. Lead and improve 5S housekeeping at workplace.8. Monitors plant operating conditions and identify for any production limitations and the required modifications to improve the process.9. On-duty during weekend or public holidays by turns.10. Responsible to back-up DCS production data.11. Ensure that any action item assigned from management is confirm to the requirements and is completed within the scheduled dates.

Responsibilities1. Troubleshooting any issues in AAL / OSBL with relation to normal operation and abnormal situations.2. Confirming if all trip system is operating normally.3. Supervising and ensuring the completion of routine works in the plant.4. Coordinating with the Mechanical Department for their routine maintenance works.5. Suggests process improvement to reduce manpower whilst ensuring personnel and equipment safety, lower pollution in wastewater and waste gas.6. Acting as a bridge between superiors and subordinates using proper administrative means.7. Approving switch of manpower for shifts base on capabilities of the individual.8. Improving the knowledge of new personnel using standard work instructions and ensure they follow the correct procedures.9. Nominating personnel with good performance; persuade and correct personnel who break the rule. Highlight performance issues to superior depending on the situation and evaluate the performance for all personnel within the shift.10. Inspecting the site and conduct external coordination during night shift.11. Submitting report on assigned area of responsibilities and tasks from the previous month.12. Accepting instructions from superior and facilitate passing of information during shift handover.13. Reviewing the operation records of every shift.14. Updating the production logbook.15. Assisting in the operation of the wastewater system inspection and troubleshooting if necessary.
