I love solving problems that have an impact on the lives of others. Either through volunteer, internship, or student activities, I challenge myself to learn as much as I can and apply as much as I know to the place that needs me. I enjoyed my role in supply management and logistics, data collection and analysis, and customer service. After studying the subprime mortgage crisis and taking the real estate class that uncovers the basic logic in the housing market, I found out that there are problems that are unsolved in both my homeland China and here in the US that affordable and sustainable living are still questionable, therefore I have shifted my career focus to find a solution to such problem. I will grasp the skills that I gained from the prior experience and pay it forward to my career in real estate.
