I manage a team of engineers supporting the software services and tools to handle flow of inventory coming into hundreds of Amazon fulfillment centers across the world.• Manage team of software support engineers to maintain software services, resolve and reduce operation blocking issues for Amazon Fulfillment Centers • Define roadmap & priorities for the AFT Inbound/platform/LaMPS support teams • Own & manage operational excellence to ensure that software services can continue to handle the growing requirements across fulfillment centers & new requirements from new fulfillment center designs such as Kiva buildings• Hire software support engineers.
