Below were some of my responsibilities and achievements:- Ensure packaging has the correct US and EU warnings;- Worked to get the company FSC-certified and created the company’s FSC chain of custody management system;- Product testing and product safety testing to ensure compliance with EU and US legislation;- Liaise with technologist in China to get products tested to EN71 and ASTM requirements and any other legislation, such a California Prop 65 and Illinois LPPA as required;- Created several documents to stream line product tracking in terms of inspections and testing;- Created a database with a search function on Excel for all product test reports over the last 5 years;- Helped set up several new processes to streamline work;- Worked (compliance wise) with small and large retailers, including but not limited to: M&S, Debenhams, TJ Maxx, Target, Sainsbury's Tescos, Wilko, Indigo and Cracker Barrel.
