SONATRACH Spa, SKIKDA , ALGERIAChallenge the production plan, specifically on availability, capacity and unitrates (i.e. overall capability of assets) and recommend a realistic monthly planfor approval to Commercial Optimization.Coordinate day-to-day communication with the LNG Plant and ProducingAssets and is fully aware of any planned/unplanned maintenance and/or anyother factors will impact commercial delivery.Creates the operational production schedule (for unit load with planned qualityand quantity) that is rolled out on monthly, weekly and daily basis.Communicate the Production Schedules and any changes to CommercialOptimization and to key stakeholders.Monitor the execution of the operational production schedule and share anydeviations on the schedule with the Commercial Optimizer.Monitor technical performance of the asset, proactively assess the capabilityduring the month and communicate risks to stakeholders and evaluate bestopportunities with event of unplanned shutdowns.Monitor and report LNG, LPG and Gasoline tanks inventory levels.Evaluate the resource plan and progress measurement system established, andparticipate in monthly evaluation exercise / variance analysis.Participate in the change management process and trends analysis.Highlight potential problems with recommendations for remedial action andensure changes have been incorporated in the plan/schedule.Develop engineering progress measurement systems, and report progress andproductivity
