As a product designer of 2 product teams (xenPlatform and xenCapital), my responsibilities include:• Collaborate with cross-functional team to assess customers’ demands and business strategy to improve user experience and increase product value.• Create research plan, recruit participants, and conduct user interviews to understand user needs and goals in using our products.• Ideate solutions and translate them into lo-fi and hi-fi designs.• Create interactive prototypes and conducted usability testing to validate design decisions.• Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation.• Handle multiple design initiatives from other teams.

• Evaluate existing designs and conducting research on all Female Daily Network platforms.• Create wireframes and prototypes for research needs, oversee product specs, and facilitate design reviews with stakeholders.• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other teams as stakeholders and successfully launched 4 products.

• Facilitate product vision by researching, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products.• Create design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.• Collaborate with other team members and launched 3 new products and number of features.
