- Recruit and retain local and international customer for High Jewelry product.- Cultivate an exceptional shopping environment by responding to the needs of high jewellery customers. Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts. Build customer loyalty- Promote the brand by organising customer appreciation events (private visits, Biennale des Antiquaires, SIHH, etc.)- Place and process special orders for an loyal and exclusive customer.

Ensure close cooperation between labels and one of the biggest luxury label distributors in Japan- Designed a knitwear Item which turned into the 1998 Sonia Rykiel best seller in Japan.-Negotiation with suppliers, validation and delivering the end product.

- Assistant Fashion Designer for the Japanese Ready-to-Wear luxury label "Body Dressing"- Manage the entire product design process, from initial market research, sketching/designing, model and fabric selection to production, negotiation with suppliers, validation and delivering the end product.- Oversee quality assurance on final product for the extremely demanding Japanese market- "Body Dressing" became one of the Japanese celebrities' favourite labels and appeared often in Japanese fashion and lifestyle magazines
