I was responsible for end to end operations, deliveries, installations and commissioning, of different capacity of generators for key clients such as MTN, Total Nig Plc, NBC, Seven UP, KFC, and Banks Nationwide. I support in creating and designing the process for maintenance Team and field team in controlling time management, risk assessment, cost estimation and ensuring customer satisfaction. I managed a team of Maintenance Supervisors and Engineers across the 36 states in brace to achieve goals and objectives with view of customer satisfaction by providing technical direction to problems arising from them.I am also accountable for 50% of my departmental income through handling LPOs, Lump Sum Contracts, and Sales of generators and spare parts.

I Managed a team of maintenance Field Engineers in view of accomplishing maintenance human resource objectives by selecting, assigning, scheduling and disciplining of employees. I was responsible for Implementing company strategy by ensuring the operational and technical management of my branch, providing technical direction to problems arising from MSO and Field team in brace to achieve goals and customers satisfaction.I am also accountable for Inbound and Outbound calls of over 1000 clients in a timely manner, checking results against goals to ensure improvement in satisfying customer requst .
