Over the past six years, I have gained experience with a variety of industries, including - Security Services, Entertainment, Commercial Property Management, and IT. As part of the management at Chikara Inc, I oversee the preparation of clients’ payroll, accounts receivables, accounts payable, bank statement reconciliations, budgets, audit support documents, and financial reports. In addition to these tasks, I strive for excellent customer relations and meet with our clients to review their financial statements on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.Furthermore, to increase my knowledge of commercial property, we work with our clients to prepare their annual audits, Common Area Maintenance budgets, and reconciliations. I have gained the experience of analyzing long term leases and working with various well-known companies and brands. In order to increase my IT knowledge, I have worked with the CEO of Streamline Networks, Inc. My various project responsibilities included: learning to configure laptops, desktops, and internet switches; and upgrading client’s software and hardware; label and inventory all new hardware to better understand IT accounting.Hapi Feng ShuiHapi Feng Shui was founded by myself and my father Richard Carpenter in 2019. After graduating from the American Feng Shui Institute in 1995, my father was eager to practice and consult others with Feng Shui. Using this experience, my father began teaching courses at the American Feng Shui institute for over two decades before focusing solely on his clients. He uses his knowledge of the Chinese Arts to help his clients achieve their potential and surpass it. Since 2019, my father and I founded Hapi Feng Shui and he has been mentoring me to better assist him with clients and continue the family tradition. Since then I began to undertake my Feng Shui education more seriously in hopes of becoming the face of the next generation of Feng Shui.
