- Strategic and operational management in quality assurance of over 350 contracted government business suppliers.- Overall Management of Team Leaders, Audit Teams, and Admin Staff; ensure supplier contract compliance through robust monitoring procedures.- Lead on the interface of professionals in the public sector to ensure customer services were responsive and appropriate to their needs.- Monitor budgetary impact, contract variation activity, annual fee negotiation activity; highlighting any savings achieved.- Lead and contribute to supplier market strategic plans such as recruitment, training, contract performance management especially in areas relating to contracts and quality management to enable continuous improvement measures.- Lead on management of customer complaints, including monitoring and further investigation.- Identify marketing opportunities and develop strategies to enhance operational, commissioning, and supplier relationships.- Ensure consistency in the formulation and recommendation of strategies and their implementation, including the continual review of processes, practices, and procedures, and the setting, implementing, and monitoring of quality standards, including making recommendations for change where necessary to attain standards.- Implement agreed business plan priorities and quality standards for delivery within available resources and ensure staff participation and engagement in achieving greater outcomes.- Monitor customer demand and ensure that staff resources are deployed and developed according to customer requirements.- Manage the prescribed information systems, reporting on demands for a supply of services and measure performance.- Initiate, develop, and accomplish new service initiatives and improvements within specific led time limits in collaboration with other public professionals and organizations.
