- responsible for full set of accounts and banking tasks of multiple property investment and development companies (including residential and commercial projects)- prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements- monitor bank balances, cash flow positions and fund placements, especially in HDA (Housing Development Bank Account)- perform accounting administrative functions such as monthly rental billings, progress billing collections- work closely with other departments for daily update of financial performance status- support budgeting and monthly forecasts- prepare and support tax filing matters, such as CP204/204A tax estimates- liaise with tax agents, auditors, company secretaries and authorities for statutory requirements- fulfil ad-hoc reporting and assignments, maintain timely communication with manager/finance controller
