• Press office enquiries: Respond to all press office emails and phone calls regarding call-ins, build and maintain relationships with press. • Showroom management: Sample tracking, inventory system, maintain digital assets, liaising/coordinating for talent. • Influencer outreach: Maintain strong network of influencers, curate VIP guest lists for events and gifting opportunities.• Administrative Duties: Monthly client coverage reports, circulating daily new points and trends, maintaining media database, industry updates, and editorial calendars. • Drafting press releases and pitching to key titles (specialising in fashion titles) • Venue sourcing, set-up, and attendance at events such as Brand Activations, Press Days and Premieres.• Hosting meetings for Brands/Talent.• Managing internal talent gifting and monitoring any coverage of talent in press.Client experience: Superga, Disney, Agent Provocateur, Bloom & Wild, Jax Coco, Miller Harris.
