When I joined the Enterprise-ready Salesforce program under the guidance of Mr. and Mrs. Cloud, I had no prior knowledge of Salesforce, making it an entirely unfamiliar subject for me. Initially, I encountered difficulties in understanding the concepts and fundamentals of Salesforce. However, with the support of the instructors, Mr. and Mrs. Cloud, and by investing extra effort and time in reading and researching after each class, I was able to overcome these challenges. This additional dedication allowed me to fully grasp the topics and apply them to real-life scenarios. I found immense enjoyment in every aspect of my learning experience with Salesforce, and throughout the journey, I developed meaningful relationships with fellow learners. I am determined to maintain a mindset of continuous learning and excited to embark on a successful career.
