I am Chin Ru, a year 1 student pursuing a Diploma in Business Management at Nanyang Polytechnic. I am a perfectionist, who often strives to complete everything to the best of my abilities to achieve my desired success. Throughout my Secondary School days, I have been involved in various activities in and out of school and I am honored to be given multiple leadership opportunities to further develop myself as a leader and as an individual through my service. My enthusiastic participation in these activities has allowed me to develop collaboration, leadership and communication skills. More importantly, it has taught me to be open-minded and patient. As I progress and grow, I have grown to believe in having a plan for everything as we will never know when something does not go according to our primary plan. Hence, this has helped me in managing my studies, work and life better, which aids in maintaining the 'work life balance' lifestyle that upholds one of the life factors in my priorities list.Being a curious and passionate individual towards business management, my goal is to graduate with a double degree in Business Administration and Business Analytics in university. From there, I hope to forge more connections and network with potential members and professionals in the service industry as I continue learning more skillsets and upskill myself along the way.Inspired to create a positive impact in society, I am yearning for more opportunities that are coming my way in Nanyang Polytechnic and other enterprises.
