• Accepts and processes customer payments in cash, and credit, checking for validity. • Acknowledge customer issues and resolved their problems quickly and efficiently. • Provide safety and comfort to passengers. • Assist passengers with locating their seats. • Prepare and serve food and drinks • Present emergency equipment and educate passengers on how to use equipment quickly andeffectively. • Monitor, manage and secure the cabin • Adhere to all aviation rules and regulations • Assist passengers and crew during emergency situations • Provide assistance to passengers needing additional help (children, disabled, elders) • Prepare and submit reports on flight incidents • Ensure cabin is stocked correctly. • Ensure first class customers receive additional attention ( hanging coats, addressing passengers byname, service by tray, pre- departure beverages)
