1. Tech. discussion with customer: Evaluate part flow chart by study the CAD and drawing & discussion with customer. Arrange DFM to internal team: Injection molding tooling, stamping, second process fixture, automation, CNC, review the option and suggestion with internal team and discuss with customer, communicate outward until get approval and tool kick off.2. Internal team engineer supporting: deal with the tech. difficult items of each process, share the experience and suggestion for issue solving. Communicate with customer to ensure MP smoothly.3. Manage EPM team to ensure employee to meet the customer’s requirement, cooperate with PD dept. manager and PD leader to solve the project things and resource issue.

1. Support Concept Phase and RFQ activities by reviewing customer data and providing initial technological support which is needed for quotation. 2.Be one of the Fixed Core team members in OEM project and act as main technical contact between internal program team and customers, bridging communication to collect design or product requirements, discuss design related issues, and gather feedback. 3. Work with customers' design teams and coordinate LiteOn internal resources to support their technical personnel and ensure the design concept are good/ suitable in term of manufacturability perspective. 4. Support project from concept to mass-production stage by cross-functional conduct project's technical/expert evaluation, coordinating for flow simulation support, providing proposals to customers, trouble-shooting build related design issues, and ensure customer requirements are achieved from design transfer to production point of view.

1. Tech. Bridge to Customer: communicating directly with customer to discuss about new projects for quotation, technical issues ,cosmetic requirements ,manufacturing process and so on .supplying reliable technical suggestions according to client's requirements .2. Resposible for DFM: Analysis of the structure of the product before tooling kick off, forecast the potential issue and provides feasible improvement suggestion for new project about mobile, printer, notebook. Offer clear report and Communicate with customer about our advices.3. Responsible for the entire project process from tooling kicked off to mass production, tracking the whole items schedule in company or suppliers to insure the project run smoothly and hit the deadline; conducting to perform mould trial ,analyse and solve problems happened during the mould trial ,for instance :short shoot ,sink mark ,flash, weld line ,warpage ,etc4. Project management, deal with all the issues form evaluation to production, the things in and between programs.
