My entire professional career has been devoted to business enterprise. As an entrepreneur my skill was developing professional groups and real estate for the medical professions. I organized the nations’ first healthcare marketing entity and created a healthcare marketing consultancy. Founded The Paradigm Group, a Change Management Consulting practice in Northern California's Silicon Valley. As an employee worked at the Director level as a Business Management Consultant for Deloitte & Touche, PricewaterhouseCoopers & Watson Wyatt Wordwide with a specialty in Change Integration for systems and process change, merger & acquisitions within Fortune 50/500 organizations. With an undergraduate degree in Educational Psychology one graduate degree in City Planning and another in Organization Design and Development, I bring my formal education, training and hands on client experience plus business development expertise to the table. After retirement real estate investing led me to Las Vegas at the beginning of the boom. I retained my license through the growth and deflation periods. Now that the market is back and Baby Boomers are looking for alternative housing, I am focused on the niche business of "joint ownership". Also aligned with SCORE (Service Corp of Retired Executives) as "Certified Business Mentor" it is my pleasure to assist all comers with their entrepreneurial aspirations. Additionally, and in the same vein, I train/mentor people 55+ who seek careers in Real Estate and other areas of business.
