I've spent over ten years in B2B Sales, growing from an individual contributor to leading entire revenue teams. Along the way, I've had some big wins – like coaching team members to promotions in record time, growing a new SaaS product past $4M GMV in its first year and growing enterprise software sales to over $7M in annual recurring revenue.Working in Africa, I encountered the same problems: not enough skilled salespeople and inefficient tools for teams to build relationships and close deals. So I decided to fix it. Now, I'm building Revwit, where we're creating Africa's first relationship and deal management software and Revsity, upskilling local talent for global sales jobs.I believe if more Africans are empowered with world-class skills and African businesses have adequate tools to grow, we can eliminate unemployment and end poverty on the continent.
