The general project manager for three strategy development and execution projects, including semi-conductor industry, food industry, and Dyeing industry. Main job and duty is to assure the quality and delievery fit our comittment for our clients. I am also the main consultant of the project went in the semi-conductor industry, helping my client not only build up a new concise strategy map and balance scorecard of it, but reivise the quality assurance process by integrate main departments in factory, including manufacture, production management, quality management, and merchandize department. All the projects meet its timeline and expected result, which allows me to leave for graduate study on time.

I handled three main projects with the same private banking group. First, I was the main data analyst for the credit card department. I refined the CRM raw data and evaluated the Customer Capital for them, which affected their thinking on customer relationship management. This process resulted in a 10% margin of profit and 1% market share growth. Second, I played as a project manager for my second project, for the SME department of the same bank. After clarifying their strategy and solidifying their balance scorecard, we started a process of examination and evaluation. It's an advance application of Activity Based Costing, integrating time-driven method, production management, and value based activity management. This procedure resulted in a reengineering of a particular link of their value chain, which enabled them to digest three times the number of cases in the same period. Of course, we amplified not only their revenue but margin of profit.The third project was an insurance sector strategy development project. I offered my experience of doing evaluation and helped my colleagues to develop a method tailored for the insurance industry.
