1. Facebook digital marketing:(1) Company Facebook page production: Propose and execute the monthly marketing campaign of the company Facebook page, and provide daily operation and maintenance to the page.(2) Execute the campaigns and optimize based on analyzing statistics: Execute the marketing campaign, generate corresponding creative materials and ad copies, monitor the performance status, and optimize the campaign to strive for further enhancements on ROI.(3) Hold online sales activities: Schedule activities regarding festivals and hot topics, generate new leads and activate current users using social media strategies such as group coupons and group lucky draws.(4) Customer service(5) Client's brands and markets analysis2. Product operation and marketing:(1) Participate in company B2B and B2C website development: Work with the product development team to execute and optimize the product operation, client management, and order tracking of company web-based products, focusing on product structure, layout, and function design aspects.(2) Generate requirements and review plans: Generate proposals on website functions and activities, output requirement specifications, follow up on the design progress, communicate with the development team to assess the result, conduct UAT, and release the new version. Track the execution on a real-time basis, review the statistics and provide optimization strategies.(3) Daily operations: Participate with teams in maintaining website content, including product listing, customer service chatting, and information collecting. Manage the positioning of the project as well as the style of design.(4) Plan and execute online sales promotions(5) Run digital marketing campaigns: Run digital campaigns via Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and EDM, keep track of performances of different channels and optimize strategies based on user characteristics of the channels.3.
