I am a recent graduate of the EIT MSc Food Systems program, where I studied at the University of Reading, Aarhus University, and Lund University. My academic focus encompassed personalised nutrition, food structure, quality, and sustainable food processing, equipping me with a comprehensive understanding of the food system as an integrated value chain.Throughout my studies, I developed strong laboratory, research, and analytical skills, along with a keen attention to detail. I am confident in working independently and thrive in roles that require problem-solving and precision. My passion lies at the intersection of science, sustainability, and innovation within the food sector. In addition to my academic journey, I have actively contributed to the Alt Protein Project, where I gained hands-on experience in podcast editing and technical support for program production. This has further honed my ability to manage projects and collaborate across teams.I am now actively seeking opportunities in the food industry, particularly in roles related to research and development, food quality, or sensory evaluation. With a solid foundation in science and sustainability, I am eager to contribute to innovations that positively impact both the environment and consumer experiences.
