· Process and follow-up with sales orders, provide detailed quotation to clients, such as schools and NGOs· Planning and implementing marketing activities, assist with campaign monitoring, evaluating and report on all activities to the CEO· Deal with key account needs for major commercial contacts within the business· Customer relationship management· Support daily operation of physical bookstore, handling phone calls and resolve customer enquirers · Formulate online digital marketing, create content for online store, e-newsletter and company social media platforms

· Provide quality and efficient customer services to guests· Proactively resolve customer enquiries including racing and betting information, racecourse facilities and direction guidance to all locations within racecourse· Interact with customers during live events at racecourse restaurants· Handle table reservation, escorting services to members and guests, issuance of admission badges and parking labels· Assist in advance table booking and sales of merchandise at designated locations· Reinforce Club’s policies (e.g. dress code monitoring and location access control)
