Current• Manage end-to-end recruitment for full-time and contract IT positions, supporting The Big Five Banks and Wealth Management Firms.• Collaborate with hiring managers to streamline interview processes, candidate evaluations, and seamless onboarding.• Leverage advanced sourcing strategies, including proactive networking, ATS optimization, and direct sourcing to identify top IT talent.• Partner with IT leadership to anticipate staffing needs and align recruitment goals with departmental objectives.• Develop strong expertise in IT trends, technologies, and evolving hiring market demands.• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and records within ATS platforms, ensuring efficient talent tracking and reporting.• Maximize outreach through multi-faceted engagement approach like LinkedIn Recruiter & InMail, ATS, Search Monster, Boolean searches, cold calling and personal network connections & referrals, to provide clients with a wide array of high quality suitable candidates.
