As a management trainee, I have to finish cross-training in Rooms Division (both Front Office & Housekeeping), F&B Division ( Bar, Western Restaurant, Chinese Restaurant, and Banquet) for one and half year, and finally located in the new opening business in Lounge of China Airlines in Terminal 1 of Taipei Airport (TPE).My main job responsibilities as Lounge Supervisor are:1. Overseeing the activities of restaurant staff2. Expediting customers' orders or any other request or change of their flights as needed.3. Ensuring all the customer catch their flights on time.4. Maintaining good working relationships with China Airlines’ senior staff or the supervisors.5. Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.6. Providing constructive feedback and coaching.

As an Estate Host trainee in FO Department:• I represented the hotel to the guest throughout all stages of the guest's stay• I handled guest's reservation, profile management, billing posting and collected payment during guest stay.• I greeted and welcomed guest by serving welcome drinks and cold towels, as well as escorted guests from main door to main reception The Sala downstairs.• I performed Check-in and Check-out task.• I assisted guests with all activities booking, flight itinerary re-confirming or change, transfer request, solving guestsatisfaction and complaint handling.• I escorted guest from main reception The Sala to his/her room by Tuktuk (special buggy in Thailand) after checkedin.• I coordinated with other Estate Hosts, Operators and whole team of Front Office Department, even other departments.• I attended morning- and afternoon briefing every day, and reported/informed any guest's situation to Front Officemanager, Guest Relation & Recreation manager, as well as Front Office Developing manager and MOD (Manager OnDuty).

As a part-time job for summer vacation and winter vacation period. The last working time was from end of June right after summer-term of school to end of July before I started my 2nd internship in Sri panwa Phuket as an customer service served in the area of entrance.

As a financial coordinator, I am in charge of the Financial tasks for the event, which includes financial statement report, Gantt chart for each department, budget plans, purchasing, journal and income statement, and on the event day as a cashier at the bar.

As a Food and Beverage Trainee initially, later promoted as Chief de Pass who has to take care of the orders, delivering dishes, preparing and serving Breakfast, and doing Room Service.Sometimes I had to translate menu from German to Japanese and Mandarin.

The first 3 months as a buffet service trainee, in charge of refilling and cleaning buffet, and setting-up tables, and dishwashing for 3 meals once a week and followed weekend duty schedule. Later 3 months as fine-dining (a la carte) service trainee, in charge of taking care of one table, taking orders, wine-selling, showmanship service, and cooperate with other trainees in the kitchen and Grandhall.
