Repair and troubleshoot on imaging equipment, i.e. Ultrasound, MRI, EOS, etc. Provide technical support to sales team. Work closely with end user and biomedical to provide efficient technical support. Propose service contract to end user.

•Arrange and perform preventive maintenance andattend breakdown for variety of medical equipment.• Repair and troubleshoot on patient monitor, defibrillator, syringe pump, infusion pump, ECG, pulse oximeter. (Mindray and Nihon Kohden). •Work closely with end user and biomedical to provide anefficient technical support.•Provide technical support to sales team. •Conduct user and technical training to end user and hospital biomedical. •Follow up and propose service contract to customer.

•Respond to equipment breakdown in shortest possible time and determine the best corrective action for the particular repair work to maintain high equipment uptime. •Involved in comparison and evaluation of purchase of new medical devices. •Establish maintenance schedule and ensure all the maintenance of equipment done on schedule. •Perform daily check and attend for breakdown on medical gas.

•Plan and monitor the yearly maintenance schedule of medical device according to manufacturer’s recommendation. •Monitor service contract and request for new or renewal of service contract from vendor. •Involved in evaluation of purchase, testing and commissioning of new medical devices. •Involved and assist on preparation of MSQH inspection.

•Perform plan preventive maintenance on all hospital medical equipment. •Attend breakdown call or service requested by end user. •Update servicing documents and tester calibration certificate.•Coordinate with vendors for breakdown repair, schedule maintenance, calibration and verification of service documentation.
