I’m responsible for providing Compliance services to Global customers, creating PIF, label reviews, claims identification and substantiation to Common Criteria and submissions onto the CPNP, as well as Post-market services. I'm also a member of Society of Biology (UK).Key Responsibilities· PIF collation and review with requisite CPNP notifications and full regulatory compliance process for cosmetic products· Technical advisor for retail in specification, pack copy and labelling reviews for cosmetic products.· Providing an end-to-end service in bringing a product to market· Advising on regulatory and legislative changes· Coaching Junior Regulatory Advisor· Performing Claim Identification and Claim Substantiation for EU and US Cosmetic products· Providing Artwork Review for the EU, USA, ASEAN, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, GCC, SOUTH AFRICA regions· Providing ingredient compliance check in EU, USA and international markets (Australia, ASEAN, Taiwan, China, ANDEAN, Chile, GCC, Hong Kong and Macau )

Led and supervised a Q.C. team with 10 technicians to ensure that products produced at Creative Energy Foods have met with company food quality and safety standards such as HACCP; SSOP and prerequisite programs of GMP’s, environmental monitoring, allergen control, sanitation and pest control requirements as well as complied with federal and state regulations. Also assisted the team to achieve Safe Quality Food Certificate Level 2.

Provided general leadership and direct supervision to 30+ production crew. Ensure that quality standards are maintained and productivity targets are met. Monitor/manage production performance to include: Efficiency, Reliability, Safety Management, Cost Containment, Quality of Service, and Customer Requirements. Comply with SQF, GMP, Food Safety Plan (HACCP), Food Quality Plan (FQP) standards.
