Mechanical Site Engineer Project: ACE PDQ Platform. Topside & DrillingClient: BP• Ensure that the design is conducted in accordance with quality assurance requirements for safety-related systems, components and structural systems in accordance with approved project drawings/procedures.• Monitor ongoing activities with regards to completion dates• Access effectiveness of working practices and systems with a view to continuously improving systems, personnel and team performances• Preparation of workpacks• Identify resource requirements/materials/tools/spares/consumables/etc.• Monitoring of equipment alignment works, checking of equipment box-up activities.• Preparation of Mechanical Completion/Systems Handover report.• Coordinated with vendor representatives to organize schedules, review specifications and meet quality goals.• Following up the installation of mechanical equipment as per approved layout/drawings & procedures.• Preparation of ME discipline systems for mechanical handover to commissioning (Check lists/ITRs close out, exceptions, punches).• Participation on the tri-party walkdowns.• Coordination of outstanding activities/punches after MC/SH/OR completion. (Materials order, coordination of job execution, close out)• Coordination of Quality Observations related to all construction disciplines (job execution/close out), attending on the weekly meeting with client• Working with other engineers to ensure that designs meet requirements for safety and quality.• Review completion certification and `as-build` drawings• Other duties including collection and interpretation of engineering data, development of Technical Queries/Change Notices (TQ/CCNs), development of redlined drawings.• Attending and contributing to all scheduled meetings.• Carry out TBT with personnel. Be sure that all personnel aware about job planning and execution.• Preparation of necessary work permits (PTW), coordination to the field.

Structural Production Engineer (Pipe, Electrical, HVAC Supports Fabrication and Installation) Project: ACE PDQ Platform, Topside & DrillingClient: BP• Monitoring and updating progress of steel structure fabrication & erections works on daily, weekly, monthly basis, ensuring that all works are done in accordance with the project specifications and providing of technical guidance for work procedures• Ensure that construction activities are carried out to the highest HSE standards• Responsibility of over 20.000 structural support fabrication and installation activities in accordance with other discipline priorities by following project quality & safety specifications• Ensure that fabrication and installation conform with project standards and will met target completion dates• Preparation of weekly fabrication and erection progress and monitoring man / hours and productivity• Preparation of project fabrication and installation work packs for the pipe / service supports• Preparing of the fabrication cutting sheets for Fabrication Workshop• Planning erection of supporting steels according to the scope of piping lines, electrical cable racks and HVAC ducting from 3D model• Coordination with Piping, Electrical and HVAC discipline leads to track and monitor priority supports • Follow up the status of supports through reports from painting department and coordinating for transportation of materials to construction site• Preparation of datasheets, daily progress updates and daily reports• Monitoring materials, raising MRs follow up delivery dates• Reporting of design issues to the engineering department and raising of Technical Queries, FCN’s/CCNs and proposing solutions• Preparation of weight reports• Preparation of as built drawings• Handover to QC department by preparing QC Weld Report• Carry out TBT with personnel.
