About Ching Kong

Achieved my Bachelors Degree in Business Management in Dec 2019. I am highly motivated and competitive in every aspect of my life. Growing up in a Chinese family, I learned early on that my work ethic is a direct representation of who I am and in the work force. I focus on the process, and know that good results will be achieved as long as you handle and work the process well.I joined the US Army Reserves in 2015 which instilled discipline in my life to have a daily routine. It also instilled resiliency to overcome any obstacles put in my path and gained much more leadership experience when I was promoted to Sergeant in 2019. I am quick to learn anything as long as I can see someone else do it prior and do it several times myself. With this ability I have no doubts in my mind that I can do anything as long as I obtain a little bit of experience in it.
