• Determine and manage the test strategy for all products including firmware of Mobile Digital Video Recorder (MDVR), Digital Camera and Intelligent Video and Data Software Solutions for Public Transit, School Buses, First Responders and Transport Dept.• Manage and monitor the production releases.• Design test plan, test cases for all products and software in various platforms of Windows, Windows Server, Web, Mobile and Linux.• Implement smoke test, regression and sanity test automation projects by using Katalon and Selenium test framework.• Product owner of in-house built test tools which facilitate the network traffic analysis among the devices and system services.• Execute tests and consolidate the defect reports/test reports for the products.• Closely communicate and side by side work with onshore/offshore development teams regarding the project tasks and matters.

- Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities- Specify market requirements for the product by conducting market research supported by marketing team.- Define strategic product roadmap- Be in charge for the implementation of functional requirements for mobile solutions, including all supporting materials such as narratives, flowcharts, screen mock-ups etc.- Be in charge of the product designs, prototype, product branding strategy.- Work closely with the team to establish and adhere to clear project plans, timelines, resources, milestones, etc. and help ensure timely and accurate completion of projects.- Coordinate rapid, smooth, and successfully iterative product launches

Main duties are in charge of the entire software development cycle for multi-projects simultaneously with following activities:• Support the pre-sale activities by doing the estimation and quoting for the prospect clients with assumption and proposing technical aspects• Form the software development team and allocate the resources• Define the project software life-cycle and process methodology• Define the communication channels• Create the project plan• Monitor and control the project activities• Define, analysis and manage the project risks, issues• Report the project healthy and milestones to the executive team• Liaise with the project stakeholders• Supervise the project team members• Join the recruitment activities• Build up the strong team spirit• Motivate team members by team building activities• Train & develop the career path for team members• Review and elaborate the requirements• Organize and manage the requirement specifications• Consult the positive and effective features to the customer• Create the project testing strategies and testing plan• Define the project quality and user acceptance criteria• Advice the testing techniques to testing team• Ensure the project delivery on budget with productivity and high quality

Mainly in charge of the quality assurance for the software products. In details, they are listed below:• Organize and manage required QA support, both internal and outsourced.• Scope out and develop high level testing plans.• Define test strategies and design test cases.• Ensure the quality of the test cases written by team members.• Monitor day to day test executing progress.• Define automation test approach and assist the team in the automation test implementation.• Run test among the various platforms to find and report common issues/inconsistences.• Allocate/Triage of all the bugs to the proper parties (dev, localization, QA, product teams).• Review bugs to ensure that the testers are consistent in the QA process and that the development teams are consistent in their response to these bugs.• Determine task priority, schedules, and deadlines for assigned areas/systems.• Assist day to day monitoring of bugs.
