I've previously worked at Shine America as a digital branding/business development intern. I have gained valuable insight into how the the business of television off-screen, works in tandem with the power of the show on-screen, to develop a show brand that is 360°. I have the opportunity to learn about licensing of show brands, sponsors and in-show product integrations, branded websites, mobile apps and social media strategy. It is vital for the team to work closely with most other facets of the company, including PR, Production, and Digital, as well vendors, consultants and networks. I am to support the team by researching competitive sets, organizing video assets, preparing proposals, and writing metadata.In addition, I had been working at a research lab located on the USC Medical campus; therefore, I am familiar with researching, office settings, reception, and other administrative works. I had also interned on the Capitol Hill as a reporter in charged of interviewing the senators/congressmen, attending press conferences, recording audios and videos, editing clips, and of course, writing/publishing stories. I was required to film the video, record the audio while taking notes at the same time. As being able to multi-task, I hope to solve and help out with any problems that you are facing efficiently.
