My name is Arun Sood. I have been positioned as an operations team leader with over 50+ agents under me since 2021. I am assisting Management with Operations. I am working with iEnergizer BPO in the Noida location and the process name is SFO.I started my career with Concentrix, IBM Daksh in Gurgaon as a Fresher ( to precisely say Practitioner or CSA ). The month was September 2015.There, I flourished splendidly in the Wheelz process by crafting my product knowledge and working via my KPI. After six months post starting in CNX (Concentrix), I was moved to support my team and handled an Escalation Team. The Escalation team had a name called Snowball Team as per the client's requirements, which is the last team that delivers the final resolution to all the cases in which FTR (First Touch Resolution) was not delivered.I worked in CNX for 2 years and 2 months which was amazing and I learned a lot. It helped me deepen my organizational skills and how can I contribute more to the companies. Then, I moved to Ienergizer IT Services Pvt Ltd in December 2017 and got a respective position as Senior Customer Executive.I started encompassing my product learning and moved to the various LOBs. It was like internal promotions which give you more scope of getting client tool access and work smoothly for the higher role.In all these movements, I excel in my product knowledge and client interaction. Communication with clients is of the utmost importance which helps rejuvenate our relationship and builds trust. I was moved to the Quality Team as a Fast Tracker based on my performance and regular client appreciation. I am now handling a Team and management has put a lot of trust in me to ensure fulfilling all the requirements a Team Lead delivers.Additionally, I am helping Project Manager with clients as a Product Lead to provide constant improvements in Experiences, Knowledge Base, Help Articles, etc.
