Plant head of Katni Refractory Works, and in-charge of merchandise operation at Katni.23 years of result-oriented extensive experience in manufacturing of various refractory products, Monolithics to Ready shapes including High Alumina Refractory cement manufacturing with vast experience in operation of various types of mixers, packing machines, crushers & conveyors, vibratory screens, ball mills, Rotary kilns, shuttle and tunnel kilns. Worked as a core team member in implementing quality management system & SAP R/3 (PP module) in Katni. Implemented TPM as a coordinator and now as plant head, made a turn around improvement in Katni plant enabling to change a 100 years old plant into a young plant by implementing continuous improvement tools- 5S, Kaizen, Master Class. During my tenure as plant head, Katni works bagged OPEX Gold award in 2013 for the best performance in 5S in the Asia Pacific in Calderys Group. In 2014, Katni plant is recognized as the centre of excellence for 5S in the Imerys group. awarded 1st Prize in the 5S competition organized by CII for Western & Central region in 2015, Won Champion of champions for 5S in Calderys India interplant competition for 3 consecutive years.
