The aim of the project was to increase the production of trousers from 200 pieces to 450 pieces. For this, I have carried out various objectives such as time study where I have studied the time taken by operator to perform the respective operations. Calculated the capacity of the line based on the observed line, identified the bottleneck operation, carried out the bottleneck analysis of why the operation is running slow and finally after listing out the cause, the cause with the maximum effect… Show more The aim of the project was to increase the production of trousers from 200 pieces to 450 pieces.
