As a Senior Product Manager in the Blockchain industry, I led the development and growth of our in-house trading platform. Starting with a small team, which included business analysts, we built an MVP to test its market fit. Over time, the platform gained traction, reaching a daily trading volume of over $20m. To increase revenue, we expanded the team to almost 30 members.In my role, I oversaw parallel development by 2-3 squads, ensuring the delivery of innovative features. A rather difficult time spent on selling the product but yielding nothing motivated me to take on the role of a salesperson in order to meet the customers directly and find out the best solutions to this gridlock.
