• Co-ordination with the site team for proper implementation of plan. • Prepare risk assessment for the project identifying the high-risk activities along with suggestion mitigation measures for the same. • Prepare reports for monitoring the project on weekly and monthly basis and conduct timely reviews to identify and mitigate possible risks. • Preparation of resource requirements/deployment schedule / cash flow etc., • Responsible for monitoring the schedule and cost performance of the project. • Prepare recovery schedules to mitigate delays in the project. • Co-ordinate with other departments on relevant issues / Support relating to the project. • Reporting to management about progress and cost of the project at regular intervals • Reporting bottlenecks/critical areas and material holdup of the project to the management. • Preparing critical activity report with remedial measures. • Preparing WBS structure, plan, schedule and Monitoring of the project timelines by using MS Project / Primavera P6 Scheduling software

• Preparation of production planning, scheduling, and monitoring of activities on short-term to long-term basis. • Preparation of Unit’s Business Plan inline with Life of mine plan and resource requirements. • Preparing and granting of licenses of Mine Plans, Explosive & Petroleum Licenses and Assist to Environment department for Environment Clearance, Forest Clearance. • Develop annual life of contract schedules & supporting on awarding of contracts on basis of performance. • Implemented the best practices in planning by sharing software expertise and its proper use in plan preparation.

• Working as shift in charge to monitoring the Open cut Design, management of open cut operations and reclamation of low-grade stockpiles for mill feed. • Mine planning including optimization, resources and reserve estimation, mining options evaluation, scheduling, mining equipment selection, estimation of capital and operating costs, prefeasibility and feasibility evaluation, and reporting. • Surface layout & Haul Road Design and Maintenance
