Hello, my name is Chino, a Bachelor of Business Administration student majoring in Human Resource Management at SAIT. I am actively seeking HR internships and student roles to further develop my skills and gain hands-on experience in the HR field.Through my volunteer work with the non-profit organization DEFEND, I have gained valuable HR experience, including interviewing, onboarding, contract signing, and managing inbox duties. I have also contributed to developing a mentorship program and implementing a time tracking and awards system for volunteers, showcasing my commitment to process improvement.Beyond my HR skills, I am passionate about volunteering and giving back to my community. I am currently involved with SAIT Students'​ Association, aiming to improve the student experience at SAIT. As an English Conversation Partner, I help international students improve their English speaking and comprehension skills, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.In addition to my academic and volunteer commitments, I work part-time at FedEx, where I recently served as a Seasonal Manager. This role allowed me to hone my leadership and management skills while prioritizing workplace safety and operational efficiency.I am eager to bring my diverse experiences and dedication to a professional HR setting, where I can continue to grow and contribute meaningfully to an organization.
