Responsible for all HR correspondence e.g. Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Confirmation Letters, Increment letters, Warning Letters, Termination Letters, Service Agreement and experience letter etc. Identifying the potential candidates through various sources like Job Portals, head hunting, database etc. Responsible for all candidates records either joined or not. Responsible for fixing interviews with concern Manager or Head of Department. Responsible for updating their Interview status Records e.g. first round, selected, rejected, hold or joined etc and updations of all information. Direct Reporting to the CEO. Screening the profiles, short listing candidates in the preliminary rounds. Briefing the candidates about the Organization, job profile, etc.. Coordinating between the candidate & the panel during the entire recruitment process. Organizing Telephonic / Face to Face interviews. Ensuring timely follow ups & candidates until they complete all the levels of interview. Follow up with candidates for interviews Getting feedback from the panel and candidates about the interview Slots Regular follow up with offered candidates to get them onboard without fail. Coordination with the Clients with respect to Contracts, Feedback, and Interview schedules, Invoices , Payments, etc.
