Primary role was to lead client engagements for the Social Sector and Health Systems practices in the United States and in Africa. Representative examples include:- Design and implementation of a patient-centered medical home (PCMH) program for a US state Medicaid program in collaboration with private healthcare payers- Design and launch of a $200M turnaround effort for a Medicaid MCO focused on improvements to medical cost management- Establishment of a “delivery unit” embedded within the health ministry of an African nation
