I lead the environmental, sustainability, and innovation law function in furtherance of our mission to reinvent the way our world is built. Together my team provides advice and counsel in the areas of intellectual property, environmental and sustainability law. I support our environmental operations professionals in establishing guidelines and best practices and ensuring compliance with environmental laws. I also defend the company against enforcement actions in a variety of local, state, and federal venues. Additionally, I partner with CRH's global sustainability team to help drive the company towards its Science Based Targets initiative climate goals, water management objectives, and other sustainability targets. My team also supports the innovators at CRH by helping them protect their inventions and intellectual property.

Developed public relations plan for both the organization and its annual convention.Managed and drafted posts for organizational weblog. Initiated and managed strategy to move primary communication infrastructure to social media. Developed presence of organization on Facebook and Twitter. Administrated organization's Facebook account and Twitter feed. Grew the on-line, social media reputation of the organization with peer organizations and media.
