Worked to understand the requirements, interacted with vendors (both hardware and software providers including leading anti-counterfeit service provider from France) to understand the solution offered and documented the project proposal- Worked with Solvents team to link the prices of solvents to crude which can help the buyer in identifying savings potential and the same also helped procurement finance team in budgeting exercise- Worked with API team to link the prices of API with KSM for last 3 years for ~top 30 products (~70% spend base covered). Analyzed the same to understand factors affecting the price movements and possible future trends- Under operational excellence worked on implementation of new procurement process for capex procurement- Worked on implementation of corrective measures suggested by auditor- Worked on obtaining Internal stakeholders (manufacturing units) response/rating for procurement teams and further to improve the ratings- Studied the feasibility of moving solvents procurement from drum to tanker.
