Worked with customer and done survey as part of VOC, analyzed past data with the help of ANOVA and worked on critical variables for the improvements. Supported after market team with right information, processes and automated simple program and data management via CRM software.Focus of improvement initiatives is customer and compliance to establish right culture surrounding this two critical aspects of business and hence established terms and conditions and SOP to protect organization interest on contractual compliance looking local laws and regulations.Working with team to have right image of world class quality supplier, rolling quality council for effective utilization of team's experience and expertise to built right quality products while trouble shooting service complaints with help of 8D,Countermeasure & Control Plan.This is continuous improvement journey and keeps me exciting for every day new challenges.

Working on Green Field project is like a going for Farari Racing every two years. When Xylem has been Spin off from ITT Corporation a journey towards buidling new facility started, but this time it was tough as it was not only building new facility but mainting Delivery of live orders and meeting project deadline. Created new Operations team and started rolling again on business with several new products and projects. Year 2012 is going to end with several New, New.... starting from Plant, People, Process, Products.......

a memorable day came when we inaugurated our plant on Feb 27,2009 followed by gala dinner at Laxmi Vilas Palace which was also in class to its own beauty, it was another challenge to build strong team for delivering results against tough competition. Set up process of Manufacturing, Logistics, Planning,..... later on added procurement,Quality, Imports..and many more. Getting several president awards for meeting highest standards of ESH has made me proud. Created several Yellow belts and trained Green belts while driving LSS in the plant and organization.When received Ring of Quality Award at New York for the successful transfer of technology for the pureflo valves at Baroda, I was literally walking one feet above ground with neck tight and stright. It was proud for entire team when a Manufacturing set up is of world class and a Model cell among any other facility in the industry that too with savings in approved budget.Achieved 100% OTD for the challenging products eSV was another moment for celebration as Management by Facts (MBF) really worked for OTD wherease Pull System helped on overall reduction of Lead time

A Green Field (Dream Project) attracted towards joining ITT as first employee before incorporation in Registrar of Company. Challenges were like playing puzzles daily and brought lots of excitement being new establishment. Got opportunity being Project manager for establishing world class facility and establishing best manufacturing practices. Set up new Office, Guest House. It was really a fun when working with IT for establishing network, leased line, Laptop, etc... never done before but it was exciting when things were really working. When got recognition from ERP expert for having the manufacturing process set up.... it was really a surprise... how this has happened ??... but I was very happy as It was great when we went for Go-Live on our ERP.. that too before set up of plant. Working on Green field made us proud when a building grown from a bare farm and producing world class pumps. Working with architect was first experience and it was exciting when we see things same as what we pictured before we did some thing... after all... those days are really a great memory

Enjoyed best period of carrier while working for severla products and various functions. Being change agent worked for prestious product Centac and reduced manufacturing cycle time by standardising process with help of LSS. Established best processes for 9001,14001 and QMS.
