Praxify Technology was a technology start up working on developing EHR software for hospitals and clinics in the healthcare space. Here I was responsible for managing initiatives and deliveries across different product lines of Praxify and executing them utilizing Scrum and Kanban methodologies. I was also spearheading the initiative of Agile transformation at the org level, driving the implementation, administration and training of Jira & Confluence agile tool to over 50 plus team members.Roles & Responsibilities:• Product roadmap and release planning with all stakeholders.• Acted as a Scrum Master for cross-functional Scrum teams (Software Developers, QA engineers, UX designers, Business Analyst).• Plan and facilitate all standard scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, release planning, daily scrum, backlog grooming, sprint reviews and retrospectives.• Manage L3 support team on a day to day basis and ensure quick TAT to customer service team as per defined• Excel at communicating with stakeholders to provide accurate reporting and information regarding the ongoing projects, risks and initiatives.• Protect team from over-commitment, manage backlog, and prioritize resolution of defects/bugs to ensure on-time deliveries.• Trained 50 plus team members on the new ALM tool (Jira Agile) and acted as the single point of contact in resolving all the ALM tool issues and constant training to team members as and when required.• Assisting senior management with staff planning and forecasting
